AXARA BioScience — Privacy Policy

1. ZERO RETENTION POLICY

AXARA BioScience operates a strict Zero Retention Policy. 

SMILES strings and molecular structures submitted to the 

Rule of 25 Engine are processed exclusively in volatile 

RAM. No submitted molecular data is stored, logged, 

retained, or shared with any third party.

2. DATA WE COLLECT

We collect only the minimum data required to operate 

the service:

— Payment information: processed exclusively by Paddle. 

  AXARA BioScience never sees or stores your payment 

  card details.

— Email address: collected at payment for receipt and 

  access purposes only.

— Usage data: anonymous session counts for service 

  monitoring. No personally identifiable information 

  is linked to usage data.

3. DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT

— Molecular structures or SMILES strings

— Target protein names

— Report content or download history

— IP addresses linked to submissions

4. PADDLE PAYMENTS

Payment processing is handled by Paddle.com who act 

as Merchant of Record. Paddle's privacy policy applies 

to all payment transactions. AXARA BioScience receives 

only confirmation of successful payment — no card or 

banking details are transmitted to us.

5. COOKIES

The service uses session cookies only to track free 

report usage within a single browser session. These 

cookies are not persistent and are deleted when the 

browser session ends. No tracking or advertising 

cookies are used.

6. THIRD PARTY SERVICES

The service runs on Google Cloud Run infrastructure. 

Google's infrastructure privacy policy applies to 

server-level operations. No molecular data is passed 

to Google or any other third party.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

Under applicable data protection law you have the right 

to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold. 

Given our Zero Retention Policy the only personal data 

we may hold is your email address from payment. Contact 

us to request deletion at any time.
