1. OUR COMMITMENT

AXARA BioScience stands behind the quality of every

Probe Design Report. If you are not satisfied with

your report we will make it right.

2. FREE FIRST REPORT

Every new user receives their first Probe Design Report

free of charge with no payment required. We encourage

you to evaluate the quality of the output before

purchasing additional reports.

3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

You are eligible for a full refund if:

— The report failed to generate due to a technical error

— The report was generated for an invalid or

uninterpretable SMILES string due to a system error

— You were charged more than once for the same submission

— You contact us within 7 days of purchase

4. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds are not available if:

— A complete report was successfully delivered

— The SMILES string submitted was intentionally

invalid or nonsensical

— The request is made more than 7 days after purchase

— You disagree with the scientific conclusions of

the report (the report is a computational tool

not a guarantee of experimental outcome)

5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email refunds@axara.bio within 7 days

of purchase with:

— Your order number from Paddle

— The SMILES string submitted

— A brief description of the issue

We will respond within 2 business days and process

approved refunds within 5-7 business days via Paddle.
