AXARA BioScience — Terms of Service

1. ACCEPTANCE

By accessing the AXARA Rule of 25 Engine you agree

to these terms. If you do not agree do not use the service.

2. THE SERVICE

AXARA BioScience provides computational probe design

reports for research purposes. Reports include ranked

attachment points, synthesis protocols, and JSON Digital

Twin output generated from submitted molecular structures.

3. PERMITTED USE

The service is permitted for:

- Academic and industrial drug discovery research

- Evaluation of molecular probes prior to synthesis

- Internal research and development purposes

The service is not permitted for:

- Regulatory filing without a full commercial license

- Redistribution or resale of report content

- Reverse engineering of the scoring methodology

- Any unlawful purpose

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Rule of 25 framework, scoring methodology, and all

report outputs are the intellectual property of AXARA

BioScience. Submitted SMILES strings are processed in

volatile RAM and are not stored, logged, or retained

by AXARA BioScience.

5. DISCLAIMER

Reports are provided for research use only. AXARA

BioScience makes no warranty as to the accuracy,

completeness, or fitness for purpose of any report

output. Users assume all responsibility for decisions

made based on report content.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

AXARA BioScience shall not be liable for any direct,

indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising

from use of the service.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic

of South Africa.
